The site work is progressing well with the foundations in for all the plots and retaining walls to the houses constructed and road upfilled to the required ground levels. The PC floors are in, and the masonry is being lifted. The flint blockwork is a nice touch and in keeping with the local area.
Civil engineering tanks and drainage is being installed as are the retaining walls between the plots for the parking areas and bin / bike stores.
Another compact brown field site being repurposed for modern and bespoke properties, which is good to see.
