The site work is progressing well with majority of the plots now completed and the external works continuing. Shouldn’t be long until these impressive plots are on the market.
Civil engineering drainage is installed as are the `green` eco wall to the road boundary and retaining walls between the plots for the parking areas and bin / bike stores. The garden walls and landscaping are the final process for completion of the site. It will be interesting to see all the SUDs features installed and working on this site.
Another compact brown field site being repurposed for modern and bespoke properties, which is good to see.
