We are pleased to see the completed project, and it looks great.
The four-storey apartment block was constructed in load bearing masonry with PC upper floors, which gave some interesting support detailing for the steelwork. The foundations were a piled reinforced raft ground slab and foundation combined.
The drainage was not by us on this occasion, but we to coordinated with the civil engineer to ensure a smooth transition for drainage and services linking to the building.
