We are pleased to see the completion of this new housing development in Angmering.
The site was an old nursery and this was demolished to make way for the new properties. These were all constructed traditionally in load bearing masonry with deep stepped strip foundations, to suit the tree influence in the clay soil and some areas of discovered fill.
The drainage will not be us on this occasion, but we still needed to coordinate with the civil engineer to insure a smooth transition for drainage and services to the properties.
