Not exactly work but we all need a break from it occasionally and to do something exhilarating !
One on my bucket list and my boyhood dream was flying a WW2 Spitfire. I did this from Biggin Hill Aerodrome and of course it was just as amazing as I hoped.
The pilots and ground crew at `fly a spitfire.com` were great and if this is on your bucket list, don`t wait just do it !
While I was upside down at 240 mph, trying to keep my lunch down, it did make me think of all the young pilots in the RAF during WW2 and it is so difficult to imagine, what it was actually like. Respect to all of them.
