We have completed another School extension project for West Sussex County Council with The Seaman Partnership Architects at the Desmond Anderson School in Crawley. Constructed by Westridge, the classroom extension block was a hybrid of hot rolled steel members to deal with canopies and cantilevers and Metsec lightweight steel load bearing framing system for the main building structure. The ground floor was precast suspended, all on traditional concrete foundations. As part of the workd, external playground facilities were updated and improved. The end result – happy children!
